Aluminium Scaffolding

Aluminium Scaffolding is a temporary structure that erect from different component to support work crew and materials to carry out its work at the top. It is often being used at the spots that have limited space or narrow aisle that scissor lift / boom lift couldn’t enter. It do plays an important role in our business to be a complete service provider for aerial work platform.

The advantages of aluminium scaffolding is it could be dismantle in to every single component and making it convenient to carry at all places. On top of that, the parts are all light weight and it can be easily erect or dismantle by a person alone.

Advantages of Aluminnium Scaffolding

The Aluminium advantage is in its inherent low weight while maintaining a high capacity to bear load. Less weight means:

  • Less labour required for manoeuvring on site - manpower, crane costs, safety/lifting incidents are minimised.

  • Less labour required for erection and dismantling - this means less skilled personnel (ticketed) & man hours.

  • Easier to handle components - lighter parts are easier to assemble.

  • Faster assembly - Aluminium scaffolding goes up very quickly.

  • Where the weight of scaffolding directly impacts on the substrate, or needs to be transported over areas with weight restrictions aluminium is the preferred material.

  • Less potential for damage to surrounding works / environment.
